Return Policy

Cancellation: We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. You will receive a full refund if the order is cancelled. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be in the original packaging. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to return the product. Please consult our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for the 14-day refund guarantee.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific shipping costs will be determined by the courier you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

There is no restocking fee for the consumer to return the product. Refund (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the money to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited.
